What is eNight?
eNight is a sophisticated and entertaining on-line social networking community that is distinctively different from others. Extremely accessible and very convenient, eNight allows individual customization and interaction and saves its members time and money in organizing their social lives.
eNight members create individual profiles and search for friends, groups of friends and other Members. They look for favorite evening venues such as bars, nightclubs, lounges and restaurants and organize and participate in actual social events.
How should I use eNight?
Learning about your city is one thing but when it all comes together on a simple website then that is the eNight way. What we do is combine a user-friendly interface and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks at one time. You can network with people and build on relationships. Also challenge your social life by coordinating exciting activities and throwing a party.

Why do I have a Profile?
Your Profile is your way of saying "Hi, I am here. Look at me." It is also meant to give you an identity in the eNight social network and allows you to keep track of your friends, tell them what you are up to, and allow friends to post comments on your profile.
Can I change my Profile?
You can edit your Profile by clicking Edit Profile and then proceed to change your personal details and favorite things.

What are venues?
Venues is a general term used to describe the restaurants that you eat at, the bars you drink at, and the clubs you dance at.
Can I add People and Groups to my To Do List?
The Add To-Do-List feature is only for venues. However you can Add People and Groups to your Favorites on the eToolbar.
What do the dollar signs signify?
Cheap ($) Moderate ($$) Expensive ($$$) Very Expensive ($$$$)
Though it is not exact it should give you a visual idea of which places are more expensive than others.

What are eQuotes?
Here at the eNight community we believe that quotes can offer wisdom and humor. So here is the chance to leave a mark and add a great Quote. Send a friend a shout out by adding their eQuote to your profile.
How do I add an eQuote?
You can add an eQuote by visiting a profile or searching by keyword under the People tab. All you have to do is select the quote and it will automatically be added to your Profile.
How do I delete an eQuote from my profile?
You can easily delete an eQuote by clicking on the X next to the Quote on your Profile.
But how do I change it?
To change your eQuote go to Edit Profile.
How do I search for an eQuote?
Type in any word you like.

Why organize events on eNight?
You can create an event, link a location to it, easily invite everyone, and then track the guest list.
How do I view my events once I create them?
All events that you have created and/or have been invited to will be on the Home Page.
How do I post a comment about an event?
If you would like to post a comment about an event go to the Invitation and click add comment.
Can I see the RSVP list?
You can view the invitees that have responded Yes, No, or Maybe on the Invitation page only if the host selects to show the guest list.

How do I add a Connection?
When viewing a profile there is a button called Add to Connections on the top left. The request will go to and be received by the user who will then either accept or decline your request.
What happens when I reject a Connection Request?
The person who requested you will not be notified and you will not have them in your connections.
How do I delete a connection?
Go to the Home Page and down to Connections. Then click Manage. Click the X to delete.

Why should I comment on someone's Profile?
For any reason you desire. Purposes can range from a shout out to posting a picture of you and that person.
How do I add a comment on someone's Profile?
If you would like to write a note to someone so it can be viewed by other people just go to their profile and click post comment. After writing the comment you then must click save.
How do I delete a comment from someone's Profile?
To delete the comment go back to that profile and click delete at anytime.

What do I say in my Away Message?
By setting an away message you can leave a note telling everyone who can view your profile what you are doing and where you are going.
Will people still see my Away Message after I logout?
No. You must be logged in for friends to see your Away Message.

What is my default photo?
Your default photo is your main picture, visible to anyone who comes to your profile.
How do I tag my photo to a venue?
Search for the venue the photo was taken at and add it to your Favorites. In manage photos, upload an image. With the scroll down box you can choose the venue and click save. It will now appear on the venue page.

What is the eCard?
We have given you the capabilities to keep track of your friends' contact information in which we call your eCard. Here you can fill out your address, phone number, and AIM screen name. This will allow friends to view your contact information and initiate an Instant Message conversation by clicking on their screen name.
Is my eCard safe?
Your information that you enter here is only visible to people who are in your Connections.

Can I block people from viewing my Profile?
You can change your privacy level from Open to anyone or Closed to only your friends. To change your privacy level just go to Edit Profile, select your desired level, and click save.
I want to change my password. Where can I do this?
Go to Edit Profile and then Administration Details. Type in your new password and click save. This password will be effective immediately so remember your password.

Share
If you take a photo at a venue we suggest you add it to the venue profile. First add the venue to your Favorites then select it in Manage Photos.
Review
Write and share a review of a local restaurant or a great bar. Go to any venue profile and add your review with a star rating. Warn users of bad places and tell us about the great ones.

Neighborhood
Find People and Places in any specific neighborhood of your city.
eQuote
You can search, select, and showcase other user's eQuotes on your Profile.
Events
Plan a party then invite anyone to the event. You can then track the guest list.
Groups
Create a Group for an organization, promotional company or an apartment of friends. Then host Events via your Group.
Customize
Go to Preferences and choose Themes that you enjoy the most.
Restaurants
Find local restaurants, add them to your Favorites or add them to your To-Do-List. Either way you will never have to search for them again.
Nightlife
Find the top bars, clubs, lounges, and live entertainment venues.
People
Easily browse great people that live in your neighborhood or college. Also search them by their self-described personality traits.
Away Message
Leave a message to alert your Connections of what your plans are for that evening.
